Point Haven IV is a patio home section of Olde Point.  The homes are single family, site built homes within their own yard.  This section of homes is set in a natural setting of Pines, Dogwoods, Bradford Pear trees as well as other foliage.  These homes are located near the end of Widgeon Drive.  The roads in this section are all private and maintaned by the HOA.  Street lighting and common lawn maintenance is also the responsibility of the HOA.  There is also a pond behind the homes.
