Olde Point Villas Phase 1 is a townhouse style villa community located in Hampstead, NC.  We are just off Country Club Dr. on Sandpiper lane and Egret Court.  The community backs up to Olde Point Country Club's holes 17 and 18.  The country club is within walking distance form the homes.  The community is incorporated into a setting of azaleas, dogwoods, pampas grass, and Bradford pear trees.  The HOA maintains the exterior of the buildings, lawn care, parking lot maintenance, and street lighting.
