Olde Point Villas Phase II are a group of townhome style villas that are located in the 300-400 block of Widgeon Drive.  The homes back up to Olde Point Golf Course with views of the 17th and 18th holes.  Azaleas, Bradford Pear trees, pampas grass, and of course long needle pines are throughout this subdivision.  This area of Olde Point is called The Widgeons and consist of patio homes and villas.  The HOA dues are used for exterior maintenance, landscaping, insurance, road maintenance and lighting.
